The primary objective of the CoValue app is to empower investors and businesses in creating wealth.

CoValue is a cloud-based Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Business Valuation App that provides users with the following capabilities:

• Company Valuation
• Analysis of Stock Price components (Reverse DCF)
• What-If analysis
• Deciphering P/E Multiple of Stocks & Indices globally

The app integrates financial data from over 10,000 listed companies across multiple exchanges, including the US and India, eliminating the need for users to search for or classify data, streamlining the valuation process. Users also have the ability to input their financial data.

The App comprises five main modules:

1. Know Your Worth: Enables company valuation using a Discounted Cash Flows Valuation model.
2. Expectations Valuation: Utilizes Reverse DCF to comprehend the expectation value drivers inherent in stock prices.
3. Perception: Aids in valuing Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Companies and Indices through the Discounted Future Earnings Model, assisting in decrypting P/E Multiples.
4. Value Augmentation Module: Allows analysis of decision impacts on Investing & Creating Shareholder Value. It supports conducting What-If analyses based on different assumptions and scenarios.
5. Quick Tools: Facilitates rapid computations of CAGR, Compounding, Cost of Equity, Cost of Capital (WACC), CAPM, Pre and Post Money Valuation, and more.

The CoValue App can be downloaded for free with optional in-app purchases. Users can enjoy free access upon registration and can upgrade to unlock premium features.

Premium – Monthly/Yearly

This plan grants users full access to all app modules and unrestricted usage of the World Databank throughout the subscription period. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. The monthly subscription is valid for one month, while the yearly subscription lasts for one year. Charges will apply immediately after the free trial period ends.

Payment and Auto Renewal

Upon purchase confirmation, payment for the selected plan will be charged to the subscriber's iTunes account. Automatic renewal occurs unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewals will be processed within 24 hours of the current period's conclusion, with charges applied accordingly. Subscribers can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through their account settings. Unused free trial periods will be forfeited upon subscribing.
